Would like to get a slimmer tummy this summer, tips?
Hi. The only way to acheive a toned core / tummy is to one- eat the right foods and two do core strenghening/toning excecises. Google core workouts and you will find hundreds of exercises. To have a 4 (or 6 lol) pack you need to lose fat (from your whole body as you cant lose it just from your tummy) and work the stonch muscles. Crunches and their variations are probably the best incorperated with a few other core strenghening excercises. There isnt just one magic excercise to work your whole core really. Mix it up with a variety.And the bit about being pale skinned etc.... not true. Good luck !!
