I know its all about burning fat, but I'm only 120 lbs, i workout 6 or 7 times a week and do a lot of cardio and i've decreased my caloric intake to about 1500 a day. at this point, i should be a twig with visible abs! also, i'm a vegetarian but i get tons of protein from cheese and eggs (which i eat a lot of since they're low carb). do i need to eat real meat to build the muscle i want and need?
