What style should I choose to change up my look a little bit?

Ok so all my clothes are getting reallyy old for me right now and I need some change. So Im obsessed with the preppy/classy/vintage Blair Waldorf look but I also realllly love the whole billabong/hurley/beachy Surfer look. Which one should I choose?
