im 13 and ive always had this chub that sticks out of my belly. when i press on my belly theres a perment chub spot ive tried every crunch exercise i can think of and the chubb is still there...and all of my friends are natrually skinny and have a flat belly but its embarrising to see mine compared to theres...HOWW DO I MAKE IT GO AWAYY!
