Tattoo on my rib cage?

Hey so i'm planning on getting my first tattoo next week on my upper right rib. I want to get "No Regrets." it's something I try to live by so it is pretty important. I don't want it to be huge or anything. Thoughts on the tattoo, and maybe how much pain waise itll hurt thanks
