I'm embarrassed to go to the gym with my husband?

I am right there with you girlfriend. I am overweight and so is my man ...we will take walks together every night. But i discussed with him that i don't want to go to the gym with him because i am very selff conscious, that i will start going to the gym with him when i ammaintaing my goal weight. He has agreed so when he goes to the gym that is my workout time alone at home with my dvds....by the time he is home (he has to drive there and back) i am showered and feeling sexy ...even our sex life has improved and im no where near my goal- good luck sweetie
