Had a thing with the guy now I'm regretting it beyond words?

So i fell for a loser, actually beyond a loser, a pedophile. I'm 16 and he's 21...... (its freaky). So i thought we loved each other, yadayada, he didnt, he flipped the tables on me, said i was to easy and open with my heart now he's hitting on all my friends and they're shooting him down.... hes hideous and has an inflated ego.. what can i do?
