Will my Penis grow any bigger?

Im a 19 year old guy whose Penis isn't Horribly small but it's small. Its about 5 1/2-6 inches. And it's like I dont stack up much. I am a little chub. But trying to lose weight in hopes to increase size. My penis has been this size since Middle School, & back then i thought I was the man. But as I grew in high school everyone got facial hair and skinnier and things and not me. Im just starting to grow facial hair and Im wondering am I a late bloomer and if I lose this weight will it speed up the maturing process both face and size? I honestly want help. Im not a virgin but I am bisexual, and sometimes feel inferior either way. Sometimes people can be hard though noone has really been to me, idk if my looks get me by or what, I know I just need real help and REAL solutions
