Do you regret not going to prom?

Honestly its really overhyped, I didn't go my junior year but I went my senior year with a bunch of friends and my date was one of my guy friends. It was fun but not the 'time of my life' as some people say. Plus its super expensive if you take into account the money you spend is for one night.
