How can i lose weight before next school year?!?
I am 13 and I'm starting high school as well, and i needed to tone up too so i started walking 4 miles with my parents every two days. It's hard at first but it feels great afterward. Now I look really good and you can even see a difference after you walk the first time :) It's amazing. Time even flies when you talk about the future or even think about the way you want your body to look. Drink lots of water, don't hold you pee, and eat fruits and meat and veggies. You might want to snack when your bored or watching t.v, portion and eat healthy not popcorn :) After you've seen some changes you can treat yourself once in a while. Get LOTS of rest but wake up in the morning early to keep a good school schedule. Have a good sleep schedule thats key for energy. Oh and no energy drinks they are not very good for you :) Good luck honey.
