Im trying to lose weight and tone up for prom. Im doing great except my arms!!! Im wearing a strapless dress and when my arms are down next to my body all my tricep chub pushes around making my upper arms look huge! Anyways i need some simple to do tricep excersises and some tips to hide the chub some how would be great to! (Im not wearing a shaul by the way) thanks! :)
