How to make permed hair soft and silky again?

I got my hair permed in october. I regret it now cause the perm is faded and my hair is dry at the ends and really oily at the roots. If i go one night without washing my hair it looks like my hair is wet. from like the top of my neck down my hair is frizzy and dry. im 13. are there any homeade remedys that i can try? also what shampoo and conditioner should i use and how should i use them and how should i style my hair so it doesnt damage it. ill put a picture of how i want it to look. i also want it to grow faster. it was long but i still wanted it longer but then i went to get it trimmed and they cut way more off then i expected.http://fashiongallary.com/how-to-get-long-silky-hair.jsp i want my hair like the people on this page.
