I cant stand my husbands bad breath?

I just got married a week ago, and its not like i regret it but this is affecting our intimacy and even my personality Can you just imagine speaking to someone who's mouth smells ohh man we dated for 2 years and boy he always was clean cut and nice. We used to live 3 hours away so we didn't see each other alot only on weekends. But, now i cant even be intimate this is just too much. He never picks up the toothbrush its really nasty, He is a really good looking man but seriously all i want to do is run back HOme.... :( What do i do? should i tell him straight out? I take 2 showers a day and i have to be on his behind to take one. I don't want to tell my mom about this so please help
