Im too nice to people?

I desperatly need to learn how to be a b**ch. A lot of people start sh*t with me, and i really dont like being mean, but i'm learning being nice gets you no where. Now i don't want to be like ghetto bitchy, i want to be like "Blair Waldorf Bitchy" if you know what i mean? any help ? thanks!
