Is 15 to young to have tattoos?

I have 2... i had more but my dad made me get them removed( he doesn't know about these). One of them has meaning...it's my little brothers name, he died a couple years ago, and we were really close. The other one is just a design, but it looks pretty badass:) Will I regret these?
