My friend is unforgiving?

All you can do is ask for forgiveness and it is up to her to accept it or not but it sounds to me like she has some other stuff going on because a TRUE friend would let it go! You took the proper steps to try and fix the situation and if she isnt willing to let it go then all you can do is move on and maybe it might even be for the better.
