Yo, I'm pretty much as skinny it gets. But I still want to stay active and healthy and watch my weight. I've actually got some chub chub on me since the past month. So from now on I'm eating much more healthy foods and also exercising a whole lot. But the only thing I've been doing, or know I can do so far is jog, ride my bike, sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks, and I have also been doing some Yoga to calm my stress. But I need more. Any suggestions for exercises?
