What does this quote mean?

Linda Blair is an actress from the late 70's/early 80's who is best known for her portrayal of a demon possessed child in The Exorcist. She was also in a movie called Sybil...a woman who was a schizophrenic. Also, she was in another movie called something like..."Confessions of a Teenage Alcoholic" or something...I forgot the title, but she got into her parents' liquor stash and became an alcoholic...I think the reference in Glee either referred to her head-spinning, pre-exorcism character, or to one of her crazy schizophrenic characters or "personalities" in the movie Sybil. Just my guess.
