What kind of foods should I eat to burn through bottom belly fat?
I'm very skinny and lean, but i wasn't about a year ago. I lost 75 lbs in 12 months and went from having this disgusting belly to almost a six pack. I have a four pack but i got it doing some hardcore cardio every day, lifting every day, and ab ripper x every other day. I still have this little chub thats been driving me insane and i feel like im getting no where losing it. I'm on a healthy diet now, but i'm not as worried about eating a few extra calories if I have to. What should I eat and combine with exercise to lose that stubborn fat so i can have a full six pack and how many calories should I be eating to burn it? (my intakes around 1200 calories and I'm a male 5'10 140 lbs 18 years old)
